1 Pound Boneless & Skinless Chicken Thighs1.25 Teaspoon Salt & Ground White Pepper1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil1 Cup Water0.33 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter2 Tablespoons Kecap Manis1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar2 Cloves Garlic1 Tablespoon Lime Juice24 Wooden SkewersSeason chicken thighs with salt, peanut oil, and white pepper in a bowl. Marinate and refrigerate for 2 hours. Boil water with peanut butter, brown sugar, garlic, Kecap manis and salt in a saucepan. Turn the heat off and stir in lime juice.Thread the chicken on the soaked skewers, and brush a genourus amount of the prepared sauce over each skewer.Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Arrange the skewers over the pan in batches, and grill 2 minutes per side.Serve with remaining peanut sauce.
