Add butter and shortening and with your fingers, mix until each piece is coated with flour. Pulse about 10 times. While motor is running, add 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup of ice water and pulse until dough is just moistened.Place dough onto a floured surface and with your hands, knead into a ball. With a sheet of
