5 Cups All-Purpose Flour0 Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Baking Powder1.25 Teaspoons Salt2 Cups Milk1.5 Tablespoons Butter0.5 Teaspoon Garlic PowderIn a large bowl, add flour, salt and baking powder and mix well. Slowly, add milk and melted butter and mix until well combined. With your hands, knead until a non-sticky dough is formed. Place dough onto a floured surface and flatten into a rectangle. Sprinkle with garlic powder and mix dough again. With a plastic wrap, cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. Make small sized balls from the dough and flatten each ball into a patty. Flatten reach patty into 1/8-inch thickness. In a frying pan, heat some oil and cook for a few minutes per side or until golden brown and puff up like pancakes.
