This version of steak stroganoff sears beef sirloin and Crimini mushrooms with a gorgeously rich sauce made with beef stock, Worcestershire, sour cream and plenty of parsley. Serve with buttered noodles.   Smart Recipes, Eastern European Recipes, Beef Recipes, Recipes Beef Eastern European Steak And Mushroom Stroganoff Steak And Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe | PT1H15M Serves 4 Ingredients: 0.5 Cup All Purpose Flour 1 Pound Sirloin Beef 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 Large Onion 2 Tablespoons Paprika 1 Tablespoon Hot Paprika 2 Cloves Garlic 12 Ounces Crimini Mushrooms 10 Ounces Low Sodium Beef Stock 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 8 Ounces Sour Cream 1 Small Bunch Of Italian Parsley Add beef, flour and 1 tablespoon of paprika to a sealable bag. Shake to coat beef in flour mixture. Saute beef cubes in a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook till just browned. Set aside. In the same non-stick frying pan, heat another tablespoon of olive oil and saute onion for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and paprika and saute for another minute. Increase heat to high, stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return meat to vegetable mixture, add stock and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream and most of the parsley.
