Use a flat meat mallet to pound chicken breasts until they are about 1/4 inch thick. Prepare a dredging station, in a shallow pan, add flour and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper. Mix with a fork until flour and seasoning are combined. Dredge each chicken breast through the flour until coated well on both sides. Set chicken aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and add the chicken. Season with remaining salt & pepper and brown until the meat is golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken to a platter lined with paper towels to drain. Reduce the heat to medium and saute prosciutto slices for about 1 minute. Add mushrooms and saute until they are soft and brown about 5 minutes. Pour in Marsala and let it cook for just a few seconds, and stir in the chicken stock and simmer until the sauce has reduced by 1/4. Return the chicken to the pan, and stir in the butter, allow the butter to completly melt, and baste the chicken in the sauce. Garnish with the parsley.
