2 Fish Cake Sheets1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil0.7 Ounce Onion0.5 Medium Green Bell Pepper0.5 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper0.5 Medium Red Bell Pepper2 Teaspoons Gochujang1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce2 Teaspoons Honey1 Teaspoon Rice Wine2 Cloves Garlic2 Tablespoons Peanut OilIn a bowl, combine gochujang, honey, soy sauce, wine, sesame oil and garlic and mix until smooth.In a wok, heat peanut oil and stir-fry bell peppers and onions for about a minute. Stir in fish cake and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Add seasoning sauce and stir fry for another 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
