8 Boneless Chicken Thighs1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper0.25 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil3 Large Garlic Cloves1 Medium Onion0.5 Cup Dry White Wine1 Cup Chicken Stock0.25 Cup Sriracha Sauce1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce0.5 Cup Honey1 Large Head Of Brocolli1 Small Bunch Fresh ParsleyPreheat oven to 475 degrees. In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat until sizzling. Season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of salt & pepper and arrange in the skillet skin-side down. Sear the meat until outside is crisp and golden, about 5 minutes. In a large plate lined with paper towels, transfer the chicken to drain and set aside.Reduce heat to medium-high heat and add garlic, onion, 1/2 teaspoon of salt & pepper and sauté for 1 minute. Add wine to deglaze the skillet, while scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. Add stock, sriracha, soy sauce and honey. Stir mixture well and arrange chicken on top (skin-side up). Top with broccoli.Bake for 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
