Heat a large pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the meat until browned. Transfer the meat to a bowl. In the same pan, heat remaining oil. Add carrots, celery, onions, beans, garlic and ginger and sauté until tender. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Stir in the wine and cook until reduced by half.
