1 pound Lean Ground Beef1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce0.33 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Crumbs1 large Egg1 teaspoon Salt0.25 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper2 cups Beef Stock1 large Onion1 cup Button Mushrooms3 tablespoons Cornstarch3 tablespoons Water1 tablespoon Onion Powder1 tablespoon Garlic Powder0.5 teaspoon Ground NutmegIn a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Panko breadcrumbs crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, ground nutmeg, egg, salt & pepper, and mix until well combined. Shape mixture into 4 patties that are about 3/4 of an inch thick.
