1 Pound Shredded Sharp Cheddar8 Ounces Cream Cheese0.5 Cup Mayo0.25 Cup Chopped Pimentos0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder0.5 Teaspoon Dried Onion Flakes0.5 Teaspon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black PepperIn stand mixer, add shredded cheese, cream cheese, mayo, pimentos, garlic powder, onion flakes, salt & pepper. Mix on low speed until combined. Increase to high speed until mixture is creamy, about 1 minute.Transfer cheese mixture to a sealed container and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
