Braised Red Cabbage With Dried CranberriesPT1H15M Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 Red Cabbage Head 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter 1 Cup Dried Cranberries 0.25 Cup Red Wine Vinegar 0.25 Cup Apple Juice 0.25 Cup Red Currant Jelly 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar 1 To Taste Salt & Pepper Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large, heavy, oven-proof pan, melt butter. Add cabbage and toss to coat with melted butter evenly. Cook for about 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and cover the pan. Transfer the pan into oven and bake for about 1 hour. Serve hot.
