Ingredients:
0.75 Cup Dry White Wine0.25 Cup Chopped Onion1 Clove Garlic0.5 Cup Dry Mustard1 Tablespoon Honey1 Tablespoon Canola Oil0.5 Teaspoon Salt1 Drop Hot Pepper SauceIn a small pan, add onion, garlic and wine over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and gently, boil for about 5 minutes. Through a strainer, strain wine mixture into a bowl. Discard the solids. In the bowl of wine, add mustard and beat until well combined. Transfer the mustard mixture to the same pan. Stir in oil, honey, salt and hot pepper sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and gently, boil for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and keep aside to cool completely. Transfer into a sealable container and refrigerate to preserve. You can preserve this mustard in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
