0.5 Cup Dry White Wine2 Tablespoons Vinegar1 Large Rabbit1 Cup Chicken Bouillon1 To Taste Salt And Pepper3 Tablespoons Butter2 Stalks Celery1 Onion1 Carrot0.25 Cup Sour Cream0.25 Teaspoon Marjoram0.25 Teaspoon ThymeAdd butter in 2-quart microwave safe casserole dish and microwave on High for about 1 minute. In the casserole dish, add carrot, onion and celery and microwave on High for about 2 minutes. Add wine, vinegar, bouillon, marjoram, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Arrange rabbit pieces over carrot mixture and top with wine mixture evenly. Microwave, covered on High for about 5 minutes. Now, microwave on 60 percent for about 7 minutes. Stir well and microwave on 60 percent for about 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and microwave on 60 percent for about 5 minutes.
