Ingredients:
1 Large Head Lettuce8 Ounces Spinach1 Pound Bacon8 Medium Eggs2 Medium Tomatoes1 Cup Cauliflower1 Medium Red Onion10 Ounces Cheddar Cheese10 Ounces Green Peas0 To Taste Sea Salt And Fresh-Ground Pepper1.25 Cups Mayonnaise2 Tablespoon Sugar0.66 Cup Parmesan CheeseIn a medium saucepan cook bacon for 5 minutes on medium and crumble with the spoon. Set aside.
Prepare the salad: In a glass serving bowl, add lettuce, spinach and season generously with salt and pepper. Then nicely place remaining ingredients including cooked bacon, hard boiled eggs, chopped tomatoes, cauliflower, onion, green peas and cheddar around the border of the bowl to make them look appealing. Keep the center filled with lettuce.
Prepare the dressing: Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and sugar in another bowl and top the salad with this dressing.
Dress the salad and refrigerate for 8 hours.
While serving, top the salad with any of the leftover ingredient such as bacon, egg or peas. Toss and serve.
