Ingredients:
1 Cup Raw Cashews0.25 Medium Red Bell Pepper0.5 Cup Nutritional Yeast1 Cup Olive Oil0.5 Tablespoon Onion Powder0.5 Tablespoon Garlic Powder2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice0.5 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika1 Teaspoon Cayenne0.5 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt4 Tablespoons WaterDrain kale well and then pat dry with a paper towel to completely remove excess water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend together cashews, bell peppers, yeast, olive oil, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika and cayenne in a food processor until smooth paste-like mixture forms. Add in water gradually, 2 tablespoons at a time and blend until it reaches to the desired consistency. Rub the prepared paste over the leaves, one at a time, to coat them well. Place coated leaves over the lined baking sheet, making sure they don’t overlap each other. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. Let cool before serving.
