Banana Cinnamon PancakesPT20M Serves 3 Ingredients: 2 Medium Bananas 0.75 Cup Almond Milk 1 Cup Old-Fashioned Oats 1.5 Teaspoons Baking Powder 0.5 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 0.25 Teaspoon Salt Add oats, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla and blend again until well combined. Set aside for 10 minutes to thicken the mixture. If it’s too thick then you can add a tablespoons of water and mix. Heat a skillet over medium with a dash of olive oil. Pour ¼ cup of the mixture into skillet and cook for about 2 minutes. Then turn and cook the other side for about 1 minute until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve topped with peanut butter, seasonal or canned fruits, maple syrup or chocolate chips.
