Caramelized Onion & Shallot Dip
Try a new caramelized dip with the special snacks or weeknight meals. The white wine savory dip is made with freshly sliced onions and shallots. As they cook together, they are soaked in sherry vinegar along with other herbs and spices.
Appetizers always seem to be well received when they are simple and don’t require a detailed description from the chef or hostess. This recipe doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to flavor and being quick and easy. It is also a healthy recipe for kids, as it is a way to get them to eat their vegetables. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
Baked Crab Dip
This warm crab dip will remind you of the delicious dip from your favorite bar. My version features tender lump crab meat, sour cream, cream cheese and plenty of melted cheddar in a zesty sauce. Serve it warm with veggie sticks, crackers or chips.
