0.5 Cup Sugar7 Tablespoons Honey14 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk1 Cup Milk3 Large Eggs1 Large Egg Yolk0.25 Teaspoon Kosher SaltPreheat oven to 350 degrees. In the bottom of a 3-quart pan, sprinkle sugar over medium heat. Cook for about 4 minutes or till sugar melts, gently shaking pan. Slowly, add 3 tablespoons of honey, stirring gently. Remove from heat and immediately, transfer hot caramelized sugar into 6 (6-ounce) ramekins.In a blender, add remaining honey, condensed milk, eggs, egg yolk and salt and pulse till just smooth. Place honey mixture over sugar in each ramekin evenly. Arrange ramekins in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Add hot water into baking dish about 1-inch deep. With a piece of foil, cover the baking dish loosely. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or till set slightly. Remove ramekins from baking dish and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 30 minutes. Refrigerate, covered for at least 3 hours before serving. Carefully, run a knife around edges of each flan to loosen. Carefully, invert each flan onto a serving plate and serve.
