2 Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breast Halves1 Tablespoon Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Butter1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour0.75 Cup Chicken Broth2 Tablespoons Green Onions0.5 Teaspoon Chipotle Chile Powder0 To Taste Salt And Fresh Ground PepperArrange each chicken breast half between 2 heavy plastic sheets and place onto a smooth surface. With the smooth side of a meat mallet, pound each chicken breast into 1/2-inch thickness. Sprinkle each breast half with salt and pepper evenly.In a skillet, heat oil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook chicken breast halves for about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken breast halves into a warm plate.
