0.5 Cup Butter0.5 Cup Pearl Onions1 Cup Orzo1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms0.5 Cup White Wine1 Cup Water0.5 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder1 Cup Frozen Peas1 Small Bunch Fresh Parsley0.5 Cup Grated Parmesan CheeseIn a large non-reactive skillet over medium-high heat, melt half the butter and saute onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add pasta, remaining butter and mushroom. Stir and saute until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.Add wine & water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Simmer until pasta is al dente, about 9 minutes. Stir in peas, top with parsley and Parmesan and serve.
