1 Teaspoon Olive Oil3 Cloves Garlic0.25 Teaspoon Salt1 (10-Ounce) Package Fresh Spinach0.5 Cup Basil Leaves0.33 Cup Less-Fat Cream Cheese0.125 Teaspoon Black Pepper0.33 Cup Plain Fat-Free Yogurt0.25 Cup Fresh Parmesan CheeseIn a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté garlic for about 1 minute. Add spinach and salt and sauté for about 3 minutes. In a colander, place spinach mixture and press till mixture is slightly moist. In a food processor, add spinach mixture, cream cheese, basil and black pepper and pulse till smooth. Transfer spinach mixture to a serving bowl. Add Parmesan cheese and yogurt and stir to combine. Refrigerate to chill before serving.
