Grease a glass baking dish with cooking spray. For crust: in a food processor, add 3/4 cup of flour, pine nuts, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and salt and pulse till well combined. Cut into desired sized squares. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and serve.
