Baked Chocolate CustardPT45M Serves 6 Ingredients: 1.25 Cups Cream 1 Cup Full Cream Milk 0.5 Cup Caster Sugar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 16 Ounces Dark Cooking Chocolate 6 Egg Yolks 0 Sliced Fresh Strawberries Arrange a trivet in a pressure cooker pot. Add 4 cups of water in pressure cooker. In a pan, add milk, cream, sugar and vanilla and simmer until heated completely, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate till melted completely and smooth. In a bowl, add egg yolks and beat till pale. Slowly, add chocolate mixture, beating continuously until well combined. Place chocolate mixture into a round porcelain dish evenly. Place dish on the top of trivet. Secure the lid and place pressure regulator over vent pipe. Bring to a high pressure. Reduce the heat to maintain high pressure. Cook for about 30 minutes on high pressure. Use the quick release method to release pressure. Top with strawberries slices and serve.
