1 Tablespoon Butter1 Cup Sour Cream2 Medium Onions2 Tablespoons Hungarian Paprika2 Pounds New Potatoes0.5 Teaspoon Caraway Seed2 Cloves Garlic1 Teaspoon Salt2 Cups Chicken BrothIn a large pan, melt butter over medium-high heat and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and sauté for about one minute. Reduce heat to very low and stir in caraway seeds, paprika and salt. Cook for about one minute, stirring continuously. Add potatoes and warm broth and stir to combine. Increase the heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered for about 20 minutes.Stir in sour cream and remove from heat. Serve hot.
