0.25 Teaspoon Salt0.5 Cup Stemmed Parsley2 Slices Quartered White Bread0.25 Cup Butter1 Teaspoon Baking Powder1.25 Cups Flour0.5 Cup MilkIn a food processor, add bread and parsley and pulse till medium crumbs form. Add flour, baking powder and salt and pulse till just combined. Add butter and milk and pulse till just combined. With a tablespoon, form dumplings. And add dumplings into your favorite simmering soup and cook covered for about 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
