8 Ounces Spaghetti2 Tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil1 Onion2 Teaspoons Garlic6 Mussels6 Large Scallops7 Ounces Calamari Rings12 Ounces Green Prawns0.5 Cup Dry White Wine1 Medium Lemon1 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper0.25 Cup Flat-Leaf Parsley LeavesIn a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until tender. Add scallops, mussels, and calamari and cook for about 3 minutes. Add prawns and stir everything together, allowing to cook for a further 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, wine, salt, and pepper and simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir in the parsley and remove from heat.Add cooked pasta, and gently, stir to combine and break up the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Divide noodles mixture into serving bowls and drizzle with a little lemon juice.Serve with a sprinkling of the remaining parsley.
