Ingredients:
8 Ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips1.5 Cups 1% Milk0.33 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder2 Tablespoons Sugar1 Teaspoon Vanilla1 Kosher Salt1 Cup 2% Greek YogurtIn a medium glass bowl, add chocolate chips and keep aside. In a medium pan, add milk, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon of salt over medium heat and cook for about 5-7 minutes, beating continuously. Remove from heat and immediately, place over chocolate chips. Keep aside for at least 5 minutes. Gently, beat mixture till chocolate is melted completely. Add yogurt and beat till smooth. Keep aside to cool completely. Place yogurt mixture into 8 Popsicle molds evenly. Freeze for at least 5 hours or till set completely. To release the pops, run the molds under hot water slightly and serve.
