4 Ounces Unsalted Butter4 Ounces Light Corn Syrup1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract8 Ounces Brown Sugar3 Medium Eggs1 Pie Crust10 Ounces PecansPreheat oven to 350 F.In a saucepan, heat the butter, light corn syrup, vanilla extract and sugar over low heat.When the butter has melted, remove the pan from the heat and let cool for about 5-10 minutes.Next mix in the eggs that have been beaten until well combined.Using all but a handful of pecans, arrange them evenly in the bottom of the pie crust and pour in the butter mixture.
