1 Pound Fresh Beef Brisket2 Large Onions12 Ounces Beer0.5 Cup Bottled Chili Sauce2 Teaspoons Dried Steak Seasoning9 Whole Wheat BunsIn a bowl, add chili sauce, beer and steak seasoning and mix well. In the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker, place onion slices and top with brisket, followed by beer mixture.Set the slow cooker on Low and cook, covered for about 10-12 hours. Uncover and transfer brisket onto a cutting board. Cut brisket into thin slices across the grain. With a slotted spoon, remove onions from cooking liquid.In a bowl, place brisket slices and top with onions. Drizzle with some of cooking liquid. Serve meat mixture with buns.
