Beer BrisketPT8H15M Serves 9 Ingredients: 1 Pound Fresh Beef Brisket 2 Large Onions 12 Ounces Beer 0.5 Cup Bottled Chili Sauce 2 Teaspoons Dried Steak Seasoning 9 Whole Wheat Buns In a bowl, add chili sauce, beer and steak seasoning and mix well. In the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker, place onion slices and top with brisket, followed by beer mixture. Set the slow cooker on Low and cook, covered for about 10-12 hours. Uncover and transfer brisket onto a cutting board. Cut brisket into thin slices across the grain. With a slotted spoon, remove onions from cooking liquid. In a bowl, place brisket slices and top with onions. Drizzle with some of cooking liquid. Serve meat mixture with buns.
