Lavosh is a thin Middle Eastern bread that you can easily make at home with this simple recipe. All you have to do is mix-up the basic pantry ingredients together, roll thinly, cut and bake. This lavash is flavored with sesame and cumin but you can customize it to your desired flavoring. Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix together flours, quinoa flakes, sesame seeds, cumin and salt. In another bowl, mix together oils and 1/2 cup of water. Add oil mixture to flour mixture and mix until a soft dough is formed. Divide the dough into 4 equal sized portions. Arrange each dough portion onto a lightly floured surface and roll as thinly as possible. Cut rolled dough into your desired shapes. Arrange the lavosh onto prepared baking sheets in a single layer. Coat each bread with olive oil lightly and sprinkle with flaky salt. Bake for about 12-18 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on wire cooling racks completely.
