Cover the dough with a damp towel and keep in warm place for about 30-60 minutes. Once the dough is doubled punch it down and gently knead again. With a damp towel, loosely cover the dough and keep in warm place for about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle each bread loaf with anise, sesame and poppy seeds (optional) and bake for 30 minutes.
