0.5 Cup Reduced Fat Margarine7 Ounce Marshmallow Cream1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract5 Ounce Evaporated Skim Milk1.5 Cups Granulated Sugar1.33 Cups White Chocolate DiscsLine a 9-inch square pan with a buttered piece of foil which extends over sides of pan. In a pan, add sugar, milk and margarine over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Boil for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat. Immediately, add white chocolate and marshmallow crème and mix until smooth. Add vanilla extract and stir to combine. Transfer mixture to prepared pan evenly and keep aside at room temperature to cool.
