1 Pound Steak Tips1 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary0.25 Teaspoon Salt0.25 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper2 Tablespoons Butter1 Cup Dry Red WineSeason steaks tips with salt and pepper to your taste. Cook in a large skillet over medium heat, 3 minutes each side or until to your desired doneness. Remove on a serving plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Add mushrooms to a saucepan and spray with cooking spray. Sauté mushrooms until browned or for 3 minutes. Add wine and deglaze the pan by scraping it with spatula. Let simmer until almost all liquid is gone. Turn the heat off, add in butter and rosemary and stir until butter melts. Serve steaks topped with sauce.
