4 Ounce Beef Tenderloin Steaks2 Teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper0.33 Teaspoon Kosher Salt0.75 Tablespoon Canola Oil0.25 Cup Chopped Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro1.5 Teaspoons Chopped Garlic1 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Oregano0.5 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Rind1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice0.25 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Coat each steak with cooking spray; sprinkle evenly with pepper and 1 1/2 teaspoon salt. Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon oil; swirl to coat.
Add steaks to pan, and cook for 4 minutes (for a perfect medium) on each side or until the desired degree of doneness.
Combine remaining 1/3 tablespoon oil, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, parsley, and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Serve with steak.
