Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Stir in wine and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in sugar and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and stir to combine.Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease 2 baking sheet with cooking spray.In a food processor, add bread pieces and pulse till fine crumbs form. Transfer breadcrumbs into a large bowl. Add ground sirloin, sausage, eggs, 1/2 cup of onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1/3 cup of parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and mix till well combined. With 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, make equal sized 40 meatballs. Place meatballs onto prepared baking sheets in a single layer. Bake for about 15 minutes. Transfer meatballs into simmering tomato sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a large pan of the lightly salted boiling water, prepare the pasta according to the package's directions. Drain well. Divide pasta in serving plates and top with meatballs sauce. Garnish with remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley and serve.
