Ingredients:
1 Cup Buter0.5 Cup Granulated Sugar2 Teaspoons Vanilla2 Cups All Purpose Flour1 Cup Percans1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar1 Tablespoon Edible GlitterPreheat the oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, add butter and with an electric mixer, beat on medium-high speed for about 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar and ¼ teaspoon of salt and beat until well combined. Add vanilla extract and beat until well combined. Add flour and mix well. Stir in pecans.Take lightly rounded teaspoons of the dough and shape into balls. Place balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet in a single layer about 1-inch apart.Bake for about 12 minutes or until the bottoms just begin to brown.Remove from the oven and place cookie sheet onto wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes. Carefully, invert balls onto wire rack to cool completely.Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
