0.04 Ounce Uncooked Pappardelle0.5 Cup Chicken Broth2 Cups Dry White Wine0.25 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil3 Medium American Lobster Tails0.75 Teaspoon Kosher Salt0.25 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme LeavesIn a large skillet, bring broth, wine and thyme to a boil. Add lobster, reduce heat and cook covered until lobster is done, for 5 minutes. Transfer lobster tails to a cutting board using a slotted spoon. Pull off meat from the lobster tails and chop coarsely. Stir in oil, salt and pepper to the wine mixture and bring to a boil. Cook until liquids reduce to half cup or for 14 minutes. Add cream and stir. Add pasta and lobster and stir to coat pasta well and cook for a minute until pasta warms up. Sprinkle thyme and parsley and serve immediately.
