Broil for about 2 minutes or until cheese becomes bubbly. Meanwhile, with a julienne peeler, peel zucchini lengthwise into strips, discarding seeds. In a large nonstick skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and sauté remaining 2 garlic cloves for about 1 minute. Add zucchini noodles and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining sauce, half of basil, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt and toss to coat well. Divide zucchini noodles onto 4 serving plates.
