2 Large Bananas2 Cups Soy Milk0.25 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract0.25 Teaspoon Pure Almond Extract0 To Taste Kosher Salt2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats2 Tablespoons Honey1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon2 Tablespoons Semisweet Chocolate Chips0.33 Cup WalnutsDice one and a half of the bananas and thinly slice remaining half banana.Heat soy milk in a large saucepan adding 1¾ cups of water, 1½ diced bananas and extracts. Now add in cocoa powder, oats and 1 tablespoon of honey. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until oats are completely cooked, for about 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a large serving bowl or 4 small per serving bowls. Top with cinnamon, remaining honey, chocolate chips, walnuts and sliced bananas.
