1 Cup Light Soy Sauce0.4 Cloves Garlic1 Cup Brown Sugar0.5 Cup Dijon Mustard2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce0.5 Teaspoon Ginger0.5 Cup Olive Oil2 Pork TenderloinsPlace all ingredients in a zip-lock plastic bag except pork. Shake well to combine the ingredients. Then add pork to the bag and shake to coat pork well with marinade. Refrigerate the bag for 4 hours.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Empty plastic bag over a baking dish and bake until pork is no longer pink, for about 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and then slice and serve topped with cooked marinade juices.
