Ingredients:
0.25 Cup Sesame Seeds0.5 Pound Puff Pastry1 Tablespoon Kosher SaltDivide dough into 2 portions. Roll 1 portion into a 10x20-inch rectangle with 1/8-inch thickness. Repeat with remaining dough portion. Sprinkle both dough rectangles with sesame seeds and salt. With a rolling pin, firmly press the seeds and salt into the surface of each rectangle. With a pastry wheel, cut each rectangle into ½-inch wide strips. Twist each strip and arrange onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Bake dough strips for about 7-8 minutes.
