3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1.25 Cups Water1 Teaspoon Instant Yeast1 Teaspoon Rock Salt2 Tablespoons Butter1 Tablespoon Cane Sugar Or Regular Sugar2 Tablespoons Curd0.25 Cup MilkCombine flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir in yeast, sugar, yogurt and butter. Mix everything a little and then add in water and knead to a soft and smooth dough. You may add more water if needed. Brush the dough top with milk, cover with a lid and let rise for 30 to 35 minutes. After that, uncover, lightly punch and knead again. Shape into a log and seem the edges. Place the log in a greased loaf pan, cover and leave to rise again for 40 to 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.Bake the bread until bread sound hollow on tapping, for about 22 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack before slicing.
