Ingredients:
1 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar3 Tablespoons Creme Fraiche4 Salmon Steaks1 Tablespoon Butter1 Tablespoon Olive Oil0 To Taste Salt1 Tablespoon Wholegrain MustardHeat a frying pan over medium heat and melt butter with oil. Cook salmon turning occasionally for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through on both sides. Set aside covered to keep warm. Add mustard and vinegar to the pan and stir well to deglaze the pan, cook for a minute. Add crème Fraiche and stir for a minute until heated through. Season to your taste. Place steaks on serving plates and pour the sauce over.
