2 Medium Sirloin Tip Steak0 To Taste Salt And Black Pepper3 Tablespoons Olive Oil6 Ounces New Potatoes3 Ounces Radishes1 Large Bunch Of Parsley2 Tablespoons Capers2 Tablespoons Almonds0.25 Cup Parmesan Cheese1 Medium Red Onion3 Cloves Garlic1 Medium LemonSeason the steaks with salt and pepper evenly.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat ½ tablespoon of oil on medium heat and cook the steaks for about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and loosely cover with aluminum foil and keep aside for at least 5 minutes. With a sharp knife, cut the steaks into desired slices.
In the same skillet heat ½ tablespoon of oil on medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 6-8 minutes or till golden brown. Add the radishes and cook, stirring occasionally for about 2-3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix together the parsley, capers, almonds and Parmesan cheese. Slowly, add remaining oil, stirring continuously till a paste forms. Stir in salt and pepper.
In the skillet, add the asparagus, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and reduce the heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the juice of 2 lemon wedges.
Divide the steak slices and veggie mixture in 2 serving plates and top with the cheese mixture.
