Season with salt & pepper and saute for another minute. Combine a 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water, pasta, and the minced parsley to the garlic & chili mixture, and saute for 2-3 minutes or until a sauce has formed. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
