Then grease 2 8-inch round cake pans, line with parchment paper and apply cooking spray.In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In another large bowl, beat eggs, buttermilk, greek yogurt, canola oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Combine both mixtures on low until there are no clumps of flour. Add coffee and continue to mix until well combined.
