1 Teaspoon Chili Garlic Paste16 Ounces Frozen Stir Fry Veggies1 Teaspoon Cornstarch1 Teaspoon Water0.5 Cup Low Sodium Vegetable Broth3 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce1 Tablespoon Mirin2 Teaspoons Sugar3 Tablespoons Fresh GingerFill a pan halfway with cold water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add noodles and veggie and keep aside for about 10 minutes.In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water.In another small bowl, add cornstarch mixture, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, broth, mirin and sugar and mix well. Keep aside.In a small pan, add ginger, chili garlic paste and remaining soy sauce and simmer for about 2 minutes. Add remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and keep aside to cool slightly. In a blender, add ginger mixture and pulse till smooth.Drain noodles and veggies and return to pan. Add sauce and stir to combine before serving.
