0.33 Cup Raisins1 Cup Ribera Del Duero Wine0.25 Cup Olive Oil0.33 Cup Pine Nuts1 Red Cabbage Head1 Pinch Of Salt & Freshly Ground Black PepperIn a bowl, soak 1/3 cup raisins in wine for about 15 minutes. In a large pan, heat oil and sauté pine nuts for about 3-5 minutes. Add cabbage and sauté for about 1 minute. Add raisins mixture, season and stir to combine. Reduce heat to very low and simmer, tightly covered for about 30-40 minutes. Serve hot.
