0.75 Pound Green Beans2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes1 Tablespoon Olive Oil0.5 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper4 NY Strip Steaks1 Large Garlic Clove1 Tablespoon Red-Wine Vinegar1 Small Bunch Fresh Italian Parsley1 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil1 Tablespoon Water0.125 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground PepperPreheat the grill to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, season the steaks with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine tomato halves, green beans, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt & pepper and mix well. In a sheet of aluminum foil, spoon veggie mixture and wrap into a tight packet.On a sheet pan, arrange veggie packet and place it on 1 side of the grill for 15 minutes. Sear the steaks until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
