Reduce heat to low and let cook covered for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Then bring to a boil on medium high. Lightly flour a working surface. Place biscuits and roll into 1/8 inch thickness. Cut strips of ½ inch width. Drop strips, one by one, into boiling mixture. Add in celery and carrots. Reduce heat and cook covered for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
